Step 1 - Fill out the “Initial Volunteer Registration Information” Form and send it in.

Step 2 - Then download the following forms and return to canadian-ukrainian-brigade@protonmail.com. when completed.

A. CUB International Legion Enlistment Form
B. Background Security Check Form
C. Volunteer Information Sheet
D. Declaration
E. Also provide a photocopy or picture of your passport with the documentation above

Step 3 - Please download the following Support Documents prepared to assist you with enlistment: “Suggested Equipment List”

Step 4 – Prepare a ‘Do-It-Yourself’ Last Will and Testament and give it to your Emergency Contact

Step 5 - On receipt of the above, you will be contacted for an in-person interview or virtual interview depending on your location.

Step 6 - You will be informed as to your suitability within three weeks of your interview (Final decision is made in Kyiv not in Canada)
